How do I track my package?

      RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

      Basic Refund Policy:

        • Apparel & Retail Items: These have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If the item is defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. You CANNOT return apparel unless they are defective. For size exchanges please see above.
      • For all applicable returns, please email support for the return address.
      • Important Note: Due to the fact that we handle returns within our Australian offices, we are unable to process returns Electronic products and products containing Chemicals.

      We process orders immediately after they are purchased through automated software. Unless there was an issue processing your order, any order that is attempted to be canceled after 60 minutes from the time of purchase shall be considered processed and we can't edit, alter, or cancel an order after it is processed. Any cancellation requests within 60 minutes from the time of purchase will be honored, as long as the order number and/or customer email address used to purchase is in your cancellation request.
